My writing has drastically changed within this semester being that i write with a lot more data and fact in my papers, also i feel that my vocabulary has also improved during this semester as well. During the semester i have learned how to write professional memos make technical descriptions and i learned how to correctly blog. Also i have learned how to search for information better rather than Google everything all the time. I have grown as a writer thanks to this class i learned many different skills that have to do with writing professionally and also learning how to sight sources correctly. I have learned a los over this semester and plan to use these skills in my life and career.

Ipad

This device has a lot of good features such as the new A6X processor that adds extra speed and graphic powers to the device. Also another good thing about this product is the amount of apps available on the app store. One bad thing about this new product is that the accessories from the older model don’t work with the new ipad such as the charger or any kind of speaker system. The ipad is really portable and the other could be used as an alternative for a laptop. Also the retina display gives it a very competitive edge when it’s compared to any other device and display.

Ipad mini

The ipad mini is exactly like the ipad but much smaller. It is very thin and easy to hold with one hand. It uses a A5 processor with a non-retina display making it far less superior to the ipad with retina display. The ipad mini is small and easy to carry around, also easy to look at with bigger texts compared to the ipad. The only cons about this product is its price which $320 which is expensive for something so small.

Above link is about Nao robot.This video shows us that the new generation of robot which have sensory motor control ( they feel people walk by) and they also able to speak language and communicate to people and other robots It was very fascinating to see that robots can do the same things as humans and how technology has have taken over in the past few years. It shows the robot doing various tasks such as walking , speaking and interacting with other robots.i would say that this video is optimistic because of the way the introduced the nao by not giving too much information but allowing the consumer to thing that something more can be done with it.The creators show off the all of the impressive abilities of the Nao with on-screen specs. The Nao is shown demonstrating impressive abilities like being able to interact with its environment, identify objects, people, and even other Nao robots distinctively. It can even pick it self back up if it were to fall. Making it a very advanced robot..

According to Michael Bandele (2010), artificial intelligence is machine that can be programmed in a way, so it can be implemented somewhere to handle certain mission. This means that if a machine can perform same tasks as humans and can do the same stuff is considered artificially intelligent. going back to our Nao Robots we can now say that even though they can perform moves like humans, they can not do it as good as humans.The Nao robot does simulate emotion on a one dimensional side of it. You can program the robot to be happy when around certain people and be sad when something is being done to it, for example someone throwing it. But these are just a machine saying words, not real emotion. But the robot has not perfected these motions fully yet.

The video about this product only talks about the final product and what and how it operates/perform. But in written description it tells us the software behind this product and more specs. Therefore, the written description is more helpful when trying to learn the specs of the nao robot.

Blog assignment 3

            The purpose of this memo is to present the risks of human wielders in an automobile manufacturing company. Furthermore introducing an alternate solution such as robotic wielding as a safer, cost friendly and more efficient way of manufacturing automobiles in the present day. 

Automobile wielders can be replaced.  A certified wielder for most automobile manufacturers is an extremely valuable asset to the company their job is to ensure that every vehicle is solid enough to handle the road however without wielders the cars could not be manufactured or sold safely. This is why I insist on investing some of your time in improving your business with robotic welding.

I am addressing the Arc welding robots scenario. I chose this scenario because of my background knowledge of wielding, robots, and automobiles. I also know how important wielding is to the automobile industry and the money that revolves around funding it. 

The solution i came up with is that it would be a good idea to replace all the human wielders with robotic arc wielders. The manufacturer will save a huge amount of money also, the company will not have to worry about the risk of injury within the shop. Arc wielding robots will never have to stop working and they don't take sick days increasing work output by a lot.

My inspiration came from the fact of how much money manufacturers spent to wielder and also decreasing the health risks of human wielders.

I learned about the newer kinds of technology that works within the wielding industry.

 My name is Andrew Neura and this is my blog. My educational career plans are to become an electrical engineer. My relationship with technology is mostly related with cars, specifically with running the wires to get power to certain areas of the car. I'm mostly interested in solar energy, how to use it , how it works and much more. I think i do have a better understanding of car electronics than others that attend LaGuardia mainly because of how exposed i am to it. Reading and writing are not my best subjects. I like to mostly be hands on with whatever i do . I do not write regularly because it puts me to sleep.
