The purpose of this memo is to
present the risks of human wielders in an automobile manufacturing company.
Furthermore introducing an alternate solution such as robotic wielding as a
safer, cost friendly and more efficient way of manufacturing automobiles in the
present day.
Automobile
wielders can be replaced. A certified wielder
for most automobile manufacturers is an extremely valuable asset to the company
their job is to ensure that every vehicle is solid enough to handle the road
however without wielders the cars could not be manufactured or sold safely.
This is why I insist on investing some of your time in improving your business
with robotic welding.
I am addressing the Arc welding robots scenario. I chose this scenario because of my background knowledge of wielding, robots, and automobiles. I also know how important wielding is to the automobile industry and the money that revolves around funding it.
The solution i came up with is that it would be a good idea to replace all the human wielders with robotic arc wielders. The manufacturer will save a huge amount of money also, the company will not have to worry about the risk of injury within the shop. Arc wielding robots will never have to stop working and they don't take sick days increasing work output by a lot.
My inspiration came from the fact of how much money manufacturers spent to wielder and also decreasing the health risks of human wielders.
I learned about the newer kinds of technology that works within the wielding industry.
